The room had been remodeled and was clean.
Ac unit in first room did not work, when reported to desk given key card to second room to check out ac and move if it worked. Second room had problems with door stuck one day, key card expired the next.

We stayed in a newly renovated room, very nice, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of room. The only complaint would be that there were young folks making plenty of noise in the swings outside across from our room, first when we went to bed and again in the middle of the night. Someone told me it was Spring break in NC. Overall though great value for your money!!!
