Your staff was as good as any hotel I have ever stayed in! Absolutely wonderful. Whoever trained them has done a great job.

This hotel is located very conveniently to the Basilica de Notre Dame and other locations. Staff was helpful and courteous. Lobby was lovely. Parking was reasonably priced and convenient. We took our car out each day and returned it with little effort as the staff fetched it quickly.
Be aware that the hotel is a series of four adjoining buildings. Our building was the farthest from the "main" entrance and had 6+ steps in order to reach the elevator. That was a bit challenging with luggage. If you need a handicapped access, be sure to note that in your reservation because the main building had elevator access without stairs.
