Everyone was very nice. Liked the location with the river nearby and the walkway. I was there for the Ashford commencement so liked that it was close to the Wireless arena.

I really liked the décor. Our room had a lot of space also.
I wished that there was someone assigned "Pool Duty" when there are slumber parties and/or weddings there. The pool was overly full, kids were not supervised like they were supposed to be, and there were no pool towels.

I like the lodge feel in the whole place. I stayed there for work and the room and food we had for the meeting was spot on very good thank you.

The hallway carpets need freshening up by being shampooed.

Pool and hot tub area was clean and enjoyable. The bar and restaurant were excellent.
Some of the staff at the front desk were not always available.
