When I checked out, I needed a receipt to show that I stayed there and the attendant said I could not get one.

Beautiful new hotel. Just there for one night passing through Milwaukee, but I would stay there again.
The only thing I didn't like was that even the non-smoking areas of the casino on the first and third floors still smell like smoke. Not sure there's anything you can do about it as long as smoking is allowed, but I stayed in the casino a lot shorter time than I would have if it had not smelled smokey.

Customer service was outstanding and everyone was super friendly
I think the price is a bit high for a casino hotel
