Location was ideal since I had an early flight in the morning. Breakfast was on time, there was variety and it was good. I left my phone in the room and by the time I realized that and returned, it was already secured at the front desk.
I had quite a wait at the airport to get the shuttle the night I arrived. I flagged several Holiday Inn Express shuttles and each time it was the wrong one until eventually I got the right one. Something could be done to improve on that.

Suite à une panne du transformateur de l'hôtel, nous avons descendu nos 3 valises du 6em étage et aussi pas de petit déjeuner chaud; vous devriez avoir un groupe de dépannage. D'où la faible note du point 'Services'

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The free hot breakfast was great! It sure beats a "continental" breakfast where you only get cereal and fruits. I enjoyed the omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy! Also, the whole inside of the hotel is non-smoking! That's great!
The elevator was slow, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I will stay here again because I've traveled a lot and the overall combination was quality for a good price.
