Bij aankomst voor de eerste keer én de tweede keer was er geen asbak, geen badstop en een zeer vuil uitziend bad. Ook was er geen ontbijt inbegrepen in de prijs.

Near to the airport, shuttle takes less than ten minutes.
Bus stop located outside of the hotel. Bus goes to Dolphin Mall, one of the largest in Miami.
Cozy pool.
Ice Machine located at the back of the hotel was out of order for a few days.

I liked the location and the pool.
There were mosquitoes IN the room. We would kill one, and then there would be 2 more. We killed at least 12 and there was always more. It was gross. It was also dirty--the windowsills, door frames (wood coming apart) and the tub was stained. The bathroom door would not shut. It was the night of the Oscars and that was the only station that had horrible reception, no matter how we tried to fix it, so, we missed the Oscars.

Shuttle service, gentleman that worked at the front desk the night of February 3, was run of his feet. But managed to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, kudos to him.
Tv did not work, hair dryer did not work, run down. Super Bowl was on, could not watch. Woman in restaurant could only prepare and serve one person at a time
