I liked the spaciousness of the rooms and lounge areas. I enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of food from the small counter was good. Staff were all very friendly and relaxed.
I thought the door to the closet would serve better if it swung in the opposite direction

Honestly, I did not get much time to use the services as I was there for a training so I hardly stayed in the hotel.
Based on my experience, I have no problem. The staff were courteous and professional.

Atención muy personalizada, especialmente de la Sra Miller, lead concierge, y del Sr Manuel, bell captain. Muy buenos y amables ambos. Nos hicieron sentir en casa.

Es un hotel viejo con instalaciones viejas, no limpio (las alfombras son una porquería), que en mi opinión no van con un Hyatt

- Am vorletzten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt
- Parkplatz und WIFI muss separat bezahlt werden (Parkplatz sehr teuer)
- Kein Ventilator im Bad/WC

Cet un hôtel très classe et confortable qui propose le petit déjeuner. Il bénéficie en plus d'une situation géographique idéale à Miami; proximité du centre ville et de Bayside market. nous avons été très bien accueilli et le service d'étage est très réactif.
Pas grand à redire. Sinon que nous n'avons pas eu la chance de tomber sur une hôtesse qui parle le français.

员工是酒店管理很重要的一点，相当完美。
这家酒店是一点点旧，地毯很糟糕，房间是封闭阳台，没有出口。我有一个严重的过敏过程中，环境，生活在这样的方式，我不得不转移到另一家酒店，我还在迈阿密（我改变了对希尔顿迈阿密机场酒店）。我可以推荐这家酒店的人，有没有过敏反应的过程。
