Our stay was very comfortable and met our standards. I would definately recommend this hotel to others for the cleanliness, pleasant staff and close proximity to the Airport.

It is an easy and simple stay at this Hotel, we like it very much.
1- If we wanted ice, since we were on the 5th floor, we had to go the the 6th floor. We had to use the room dey for operating the elevator .
2- There was no garbage container in any floor. We had to go all the way to the first floor to deposit any garbage.
3- The prices at the Hotel Bar were inhibiting. We had not experienced such prices before.

Location was great, shuttle bus to airport was great.
Need a shuttle bus from the Cruise Ships.

Classic airport hotel. Does what it says on the tin! Good, reliable, shuttle service. Close to a nice mall. Good facilities for this type of hotel. Have stayed several times here on lay-overs and will probably continue to do so. Good wi-fi.
Can be a bit noisy and restaurant is limited, albeit more than adequate. no mini bar.

Very close to the airport. Convenient restaurant on location although the bar tender was less than efficient and kept me waiting for some time even to get just a beer and they weren't that busy. I would stay there again.
We waited for over 1/2 hour for the courtesy van to pick us up at Logan to bring us back to our car. Was ready to take a taxi!
