The room was large and had a separate sitting area. The breakfast with omelets was also nice and well prepared.

Nearby mall, restuarants and it is a very nice hotel with courteous staff. The main reason we stay aside from the aforementioned things is the shuttle that takes us to and from our favorite restuarants.

The courtyard was beautiful. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.
Cleaning staff left dirty dishes. You can tell the hotel has had some hard living. The ambiance was not what we experienced two years ago when we stayed. Bar staff was undermanned. On our next visit to McAllen we will not be staying here.
