Staff was very friendly & did their best to accommodate us. We were booked with a smoking room which we were not aware of until we arrived. The room smelled of smoke. The did their best to run a purifying machine& opened windows to try and air our the room. It was bearable for the amount of time we were there. The hotel on a whole was very clean. Price is very affordable. We would stay there again only in a nonsmoking room.
One thing. The hotel if relatively new. The bed in our room was not good. You could feel the springs coming thru. Seems like they could improve on the quality of their bedding.
