My daughter left her graduation pin in the room and when we called for someone to look for it there was no hesitation pin was found and we REALLY appreciated that! Thank you so much!!!

Positive atmosphere as the result of friendly and efficient staff.
Breakfast buffet and delightful servers.
Great dinner menu and quality of the food.
Large rooms.
Need to hand out more info to clients re how to access and exit from the parking garage.

The staff anticipated my needs before I even arrived making sure I was not put on the same floor as the people there for a hockey tournament. Thanks so much
The parking does not lead directly into the hotel; not great when it is raining

Room was very clean and had light blocking curtains for sleep. Staff was nice. I would go back.
The AC was somewhat noisy during the night, but it was incredibly hot when I was there. I hadn't noticed the temperature setting on the wall, it had been set very low, when I noticed it I raised the temperature so the second night the AC didn't work so much & it was quieter, there wasn't any street noise.
