The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great located close to many shops and restaurants. Our suite was amazing - just the right mix of old and new!

Very nice place. Great amenities. Nice polite helpful staff.
Was hoping for the top floor for my room. Felt like check out came too soon with 3pm check in and 12pm check out you don't get a full 24 hours.

Great bed , very friendly staff
Elevator problems ! Bed side electrical outlets didn't work . Tea maker didn't work .

Our stay was amazing! The staff were great! Very welcoming. We asked for early check in and our room wasn't ready so they upgraded our room to one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous! We were very excited that we got the upgrade as it's been a rough couple months for us. It was nice to arrive and feel so welcomed. We don't get away much and our stay here was just a great mini vacation. Thanks again for everything!

Great value for what you get and the staff were excellent. The room was very nice and the bed was heaven, so comfy! I will definitely stay here again.
My only complaint is a shortage of hot water; the water ran cold before I finished my shower (and it wasn't a long shower).
