The valet service was very professional and polite. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were nice, disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. The beds were nice. Surprised that there wasn't a listing of nearby restaurants and places to see.

Yes, I left my phone charger in the room and when I called the hotel the same day I checked out the gentleman in the security office said he would check with the staff and personally check the room himself. He did call me back and informed me that it was not found. However, I know positively that it was left in the room which tells me that the cleaning staff did find it but decided to keep it. The phone charger is for an old Samsung phone which not many people use anymore. Very disappointed in the honesty of the maid service. Also, you would think that for the cost of the room that they would include a free breakfast. I know they have a restaurant in the hotel but I'm sorry I am not going to pay those prices for breakfast after spending over a $100.00 a night for a room. The restaurant was nice,the service great, the food was good but not excellent which is what I would expect for the prices they charged. And after a meal like that you would think that you could get a good cup of coffee but no it was pretty bad. I have had better coffee at a gas station.

No parking!! But for "only" $20 you can valet. Had multiple issues on this stay that the assistant manager would not resolve because we didn't book directly with the hotel.

Staff was very nice

Paid for a suite, if you call a small hallway to the bathroom a suite. If not than we were in the wrong room. Asked for bigger room told they were all booked up, no rooms available.

This stay was actually for my daughter and her husband after their wedding. They gave them a free breakfast buffet, which was wonderful.

The bed was so comfortable. Best night sleep in a long time.

Everything! Your staff was on the ball from the time we pulled up for check-in right thru our early departure time!
