Location was convenient.
Yes. My room was not stocked with towels on the first night, had to go to front desk to get them. Left my room at 5:15 am Friday morning and returned 10:PM Friday night and the beds were still un-made and no towels. Had to go to front desk to get towels. On my third night of stay, no towels were left in my rooms again. I expected a better customer experience and will be less likely to return in the future.
