The entire staff! They were absolutely the the very best to me! They made me feel so welcome! The location to memorial stadium Go Big Red! Your guests in the lounge everyone talked to me! I was born & raised in ulysses ne been 10 years since I've been back to my beloved state & memorial stadium! Loved the pool & being able to stand on the balcony & wave to the people below! Love love love your hotel! Will be back when wyoming plays in lincoln again & I ain't sitting with wyoming! Haven't been this happy in years! Please thank your employees for me!
Price was a little high, but what I got made up for it!I'll be a sexy 64 in November I asked 4 a senior discount but didn't get it. I may not have the wiggle anymore but I have a damn good waddle started! Thank you all again!

It was a "crazy" night because of the Elton John concert but I do believe running in the hallways should have been "monitored" after I had to sign/initial an agreement NOT to party (keep the noise down). Where was this other parties' agreement to keep the noise down? And where was staff when I complained?
It seems that if you pay to stay at the hotel, parking should have been inclusive. I only found out I was being charged $8.00 for parking by a bill being pushed under my door at 3:30 in the morning. I am a frequent "guest" at Holiday Inns, you can see by my Priority Club Membership. I have NEVER been charged for parking except for my stay in Lincoln. I've had occassion to stay at the Marriot in Orlando and parking was security patrolled AND free of charge. I'll think more about the parking issue before using Holiday Inn in the future.

The breakfasts were very good with exuberant staff attention.
Good heating in the rooms.
We were surprised that we had no room service to clean the room or change towels during the two days were were out of the room.
