This was not my first stay there. Over the last 20 yr I have stayed numerous times. The rooms are up-dated from my last visit. The beds are wonderful. Can a person purchase that bed and where? The staff was great and breakfast was good. All in all, I will always return. I go to Lewiston to visit parents in nursing home. I grew up in Lewiston.
Yes. I booked the room early and the money was removed from my account. When I arrived I displayed a coupon I had for rooms for $59.99 to be showed at check-in. When I gave it to the clerk, I was told I could not use it and no explanation was given. Due to the crowd in the lobby and the over 100 degree temperature, I did not argue, but am very disappointed. Why do you have these printed if customers are not allowed to use the discount? I am a widow with a limited income, The $20.00 difference would have been good, but the principal of using what was given and then not allowed to use it, does not seem right.

I was unable to get a receipt for my stay. I was told that the "booking agent" would provide one on line but I have not seen it.

Was a short stay (1 night) room was good and clean. thanks for the fridge-microwave-coffee pot.
Found last guest oranges in frig.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than expected for a budget motel.
The pool appeared to have an underground leak and had to be continually fed with a garden hose. The next morning people were there to assess the problem.

I had made the reservation for the wrong date. But the hotel was able to provide a room when we arrived and refunded the fee for the day we did not come.
The room was too cold but I did not contact anyone to show me how to turn on the heat. In the future I would do this. This hotel was recommended to me by friends who stayed here often until they moved to Lewiston
