Nice brunch in the morning we ate in the dining room, the staff were friendly and helpful

The pool was too cold and the hot tub not warm enough. would not return unless we were in a renovated room

The staff were amazing, very polite and friendly - especially the breakfast staff. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also great! The rooms are clean and serviced every day. Pool and view from the window is good too! We booked an extra two nights because we were so impressed. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

The washroom should have some kind of air vent - after shower the room was so streamed up it took a long time to get the washroom clear. Also the TV - was hard to operate - needs new one.

The hotel was fine, I was very unhappy to find out that I was mislead thinking that your service was actually what the hotel used for their bookings and I felt ripped off by having to pay substantially more than what the hotel was worth.
