Very nice room and the food in the restaurant was very good. I had a very early flight and your hotel desk person got me some coffee and a couple of cookies while I waited for the shuttle. He also gave me a newspaper. Very much appreciated.

Quiet and clean
Yes... The bathroom door really creaked badly and the bathroom fan did not work. We asked the staff if these things could be repaired. They seemed concerned and were going to repair it for us while we were out. When we returned that night it still was not repaired. So, not being able to take the creak at night again I greased the hinges myself with your complimentary body lotion. The fan still did not work... and the dampness was a nuisance. When we left we told this all again to the staff and were given a 25% discount.
