Main reason for choosing Sheraton Laval Hotel: 地点
Rooms were very clean, the beds were really comfortable. We ordered room service and that was delivered quickly and it was delicious and very convenient. The pool/hot tub area is very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful to us because we did not know the area.

La télé s'est brisé on a dû venir la changer/ les lits étaient petits/ le déjeuner à la chambre à vraiment prit beaucoup de temps
