I was in Kingston for a one night stay with my mother, (91 years old) and we both were most comfortable. The room was very clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Thank you for giving us room number 315; the view was lovely.
We also enjoyed the breakfast provided; it more than met our needs.
At the time of booking, it was difficult to find hotel availability in Kingston; I'm glad that we were able to be accomodated on your property.
The only drawback for me, was that there was no wheelchair accessible ramp to the front doors of the hotel. As my mother is still mobile, getting her up the stairs was not a major issue.

Great location, walking distance from everything
The breakfast is pretty basic and exactly the same everyday (cereal, oranges, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, toast, muffins). Some fruit varieties and healthier options would have been appreciated.

We were embarking on a boat trip the next day, so the location was perfect. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful.
Being charged $20 for parking was a little much. The hotel is starting to show it's age and wouldn't suffer from a refurbishment. But no serious complaint.

Location, breakfast, pleasant staff.
1. My morning shower did not have any hot water - it was 'warm' water.
2. Bathrooms need to be upgraded abit as there is no fan in the bathroom. 3. Need light in the hall area and a mirror in the room would be nice (only mirror is in the bathroom).
