So I put 10s because we have stayed in the past. We love this sweet place. We had to cancel this visit as Tropical Storm Imelda. They were so kind to allow us to cancel on Wednesday morning. The Hotel.com people said the went above and beyond to cancel that late. We will be back! We are going to come for Dickens on the Strand! Love love love y’all!

Nice location
Ocean view not there too many buildings in way can only see roofs.

Great access to the boardwalk.
Limited channel selection in the room and the picture was not HD quality. Running the little train until 10:00pm with the annoying whistle kept us up, as we had to depart very early the next morning. Same thing with the band playing in the plaza until 11:00pm. It’s a nice thing, but should end early or be located elsewhere on the boardwalk.

Location and the view from our balcony.
The breakfast at the grill was horrible. The order was wrong and the pancakes were ice cold.

We had a balcony room facing the boardwalkd and loved being able to just sit and people watch and listen to the live band.. we loved being in the middle of everything
