It was close to our event.
Finding it in KC was not very easy, but we also did not know the area well. I also did not like having to use a room key to be able to use the ice machine.

The girl at the checkin counter was very nice and answered several of our questions. The other staff we encountered were very pleasent. They were a very nice group and this hotel can be very happy to have them employed there! The room was very clean.
Nothing to complain about!

Nice Westport location. Handy for Boz Scaggs concert and the Plaza area!
Signed up for King Bed. Got 2 double beds. The toilet tank took 20 minutes to fill up.

The front desk peson was helpful and friendly. Liked that they had 2 places for breakfast continental and hot breakfast.

We were visiting the Nelson-Atkins and the Plaza, so found the location ideal. The staff was outstanding and very helpful in making recommendations for dinner, etc.
