This is at least my 5th stay at this hotel for business purposes and I have no complaints. Value received for price paid is good.

Very clean and accomidations were very satisfactory
Yes. the front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional, unaccomidating and dressed like slobs. I asked for the general manager and she would not see me. I have stayed at Microtel before and have found it very satisfactory however this will be my last visit. Wyndemm needs to check on this location for management and front desk staff.

Location. We had an early morning flight and needed to be at the airport by 5:30 a.m. We live 2 hours away from the airport. It was convienent to stay & be shutteled to the airport. It let us get 2 more hours of sleep. I have to applaude the guy driving the shuttle to the airport. He had to drive us on the 1 & only day it decided to snow & close down the airport. He was very cautious, unlike some of the others who were passing us. I thank him.
The gal at the front desk was VERY short with us when we checked in. She ran through all the info in 2 seconds flat. Without giving us time to ask any questions. I had to make her go back and tell us it all again. It was a nice stay, however the beds are harder than a brick bat. I prefer a more softer bed. I have cancer and had surgery on my right side, so that side is very tender now and I just can not take a really hard bed.

Hotel appeared to be clean and neat, nice people and they take you to and from the airport. Don't go outside till you see them pulling up if it's cold, I almost froze!!
My bed was not on a frame, it was a mattress and box spings on the floor! For the price I would have thought I could have been up off the floor.

房间很不错，干净，靠近机场。哈达一点早餐，然后穿梭带我们去机场。很有礼貌，以帮助我们与我们的行李和非常迅速的来接我们，我们的飞行后，我们回到我们的车。很高兴与您的服务。
