The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
I am diabetic and the only diet drink that was available was diet Pepsi. Also my mom is 89 years old and she could have used a rubber mat in the shower to prevent a fall. We asked but there were no rubber mats in the hotel.

Everyone was so nice starting from the from the front desk to the courtesy driver picking us up after we delivered our rental car and then promptly taking us to the airport. This hotel seems new.. Is very clean! I would highly recommend this Courtyard Maui!

I appreciated the efficient shuttle service during our stay. Also, the proximity to the airport following a late arrival preceding our stay at a villa in Ka'anapali.
The Courtyard did not measure up to my expectations. It needs updating. The rate was too high in respect to this. The small restaurant was not open Sunday morning for a light breakfast before departure.

Access to airport. Pool,nice room. Appreciated early check in.
Would have been nice if cafe open at noon. Would suggest you reserve a block of rooms for people like us who are willing to pay for full day/night and only stay a few hours to cover the time we have to leave our condo and the time we catch a flight that night. Luckily we were able to get in before three. Why not allow us some certainty about that? I would come early and stay there too. Just a thought. Thanks.

I was there only one night, but very comfortable and definitely good for a business traveler.
