The mattress or bed itself was broken or damaged. It slumped so bad in the center neither of us could get comfortable. As it turned out we did'nt get very much sleep or rest. Our room # was 1809 - you should replace or repair .

Everyone was kind and polite and happy.
The bed was too hard for my comfort and the water in the bathtub was dripping all the time. the air conditioner RUMBLED when it was getting ready to shut down once it hit the temperature I logged into it.

The Hotel was very easy to get in and out of, close to freeway entrance. Did not have the normal Casino aroma. Price was best. Staff was very informative.
Room was dark, low wattage bulbs and couple burnt out. Shower was a very slow drainer. Had to pay (a little much) for Wifi/internet.

We ated at ihop on saturday evening and had a breakfast meal. Just me and my wife. It was not a big meal and it cost with out the tip, $28.00. The day before I fed eight people for $63.00 at denny's at buffalo bill's. I do'nt think I will eat at Ihop again.

We were very disappointed. Price high. Hard bed. Small pillows. Dirty, poor maintenance. Great shower. Dirty windows. The curtains were rags. We will look for some where else to stay next time.

Room view, room location. Casino staff (slot machines) were excelant.
Lady that waited on us at check-in did not know her job or how to deal with a customer that had a problem.Some how the number of rooms , 2, got doubled to 4. She more or less told us not her mistake and she couldn't take care of it.It took us 2 hours on the phone the next day at home until we found out it was the desks fault. I will still try once more.
