We always enjoy the pool and the Outlet stores.
We did not like the fact that you didn't have one nice place to have dinner. We used to enjoy the prime rib (primm cut) when we went to the casino. This time we had to drive in to Las Vegas to have dinner.

I liked the price and the proximity to the freeway.
The staff who checked us into the hotel were unfriendly and unhelpful. We found two dead cockroaches in our room on the floor. Everything was tired and dreary. The towels were burned - I don't know from what.
Overall a terrible experience but certainly not our worst.

Dinner at GP's. Staff and waiter (Jose) were outstanding.
No accommodations for non smokers in the casino or throughout the premises except your room. The cafe (original pancake house) served a tasteless breakfast (corn beef hash & eggs, tasteless german potatoes, greasy potato pancakes, at list I think that's what they were?) Turkey bacon was burned to a crisp (cremated) but the orange juice was good! Found cockroach crawling on the floor in the bedroom bathroom, not mention that the fire alarm went off a little before six AM (8 Apr 13). Tried the buffet nothing spectacular except expensive for what was made available. I'll stop with that....

We have stayed at Primm Resort for many years. It has steadily gone down hill the last few years. Hallways dirty, doors etc pealing, staff do not seem happy. I talked to one staff member who agreed with me. Long line of people at registration and only 2 tellers. Maybe new owners do not care.? The casino was very busy, so i guess you do not need a nice hotel?
