Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

The Mexican restaurant was very good inside the casino.

The room was filthy, our tv didn't work. we called the front desk to have someone fix it. About 40 minutes later a maintenance worker showed up played with the cable and said the whole floor is broken not the tv. He left and we were stuck with a dirty room and broken tv, needless to say my family will NOT return to Buffalo Bill's.

A lot I didn't like. At the player check in it took 40 minutes to get a players card. The older gentleman hunted and picked at the keyboard. Check in was another nightmare. The line was long so I used the auto check in. I was confirmed for 2 queen beds but only got 1 king. Also I asked housekeeping for extra blankets but they never came. The casino was so hot that people were not drinking or gambling. Sure it was hot outside but you would think the hotel would like the people spending money there would have like to have them comfortable to do so. I rode the elevator with an employee and expressed my concern about the heat and all he said was 'It's hot outside' Oh that made me feel better.

The ice cream shake at Hagen Daas

I've mentioned this to you before but I see nothing is being done..the air conditioners are waaaayy toooooo loud! Also,pretty obvious that the shower area wasn't cleaned as there was a hotel bar of soap with hair on it still in the shower and a cap with no container. Also the biggest boo boo.. the sheets don't go all the way under the mattress at the foot of the bed..shame on you!!! This is the last time,won't be back again.

No crowds, room very close to casino, food and service was great

Staying at State Line is always a great time.

The hotel room was not very clean and the outside facility was dirty. The dealers were cold and no personality.

The TV kept losing reception. The bathroom wasn't clean in the corners.

Location, near golf course. Arcade for children, nice swimming pool, although the water was very cold.

New rooms are nice. The staff is great.

Need to increase valet and bell staff. The guys that helped us were great but too slow. Add employees in these areas.
