The staff at the front desk was very polite.I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was very clean. I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Much noise all night long, got very little sleep. Room near me had a phone go off at least five times an hour, it was answered until 2:30 and after thAt would ring for 8 rings. Also loud talking and tv noise until 1 a m .

Access to juice/milk throughout the day. Very helpful desk crew.
You need bigger rash cans in the rooms with bags that fit. Also, when the room gets made up, check to see if the laundry bags needs replacing. The "like" us and get 15% needs to be where you can see it. I was there for 5 nights, only saw it the last night after re-newing my room.

Price and proximity to the airport. Breakfast offered lots of choices. Not gourmet, but filling and of good quality.
The bed sagged badly in the middle. Somebody else's food was in the refrigerator, which is the only reason I downgraded cleanliness.

Everything was very clean and the room was roomy - completely satisfied.
The breakfast really had nothing to offer. We left to get breakfast at another restaurant.

Nearness to the airport; price and staff were professional.
During my stay there was a tropical storm and the satellite system was inoperative, no television or internet was available. I spoke with several guest near the pool area and they were told that management was considering a $10.00 credit on the final bill. Other than that I live quite a distance from the airport so I decided to stay a night before my very early flight. Also the courtesy shuttle service was also a plus since I had to arrive at the airport at 4:45am. Thats some thing you can use as a marketing strategy. Thanks
