The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. The building was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was always kept topped up. Its location was 5 minutes walk from the Idaho Falls and town.

The front desk person was very helpful when we had trouble getting the keycard to work. She took care of it immediately.
The mattresses were a little uneven but that is normal thing for motels.

Room was clean and quiet
At check in Shannon was very rude. When I arrived I hand my itenarary and he rudely responded would I like to be know as my name or a number. He did not want the itenarary. This motel is a pet friendly motel but he was also very rude about having the dogs.

Breakfast was good, staff was courteous
After driving 12 hrs I was looking forward to the hot tub, unfortunately it was out of order. Difficult to find a place to plug in my phone to charge. Most outlets were full.

The front office staff and the maintenance man/men were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
The large desk chair is TOO LARGE for a two bed room. Difficult to walk around it.
