The staff at the reception area are very helpful and always friendly. I would highly recommend Mr. Ron and Mr. Carlos of Pagoda Hotel's staff for an awesome job in making the stay welcome and inviting.

It was wonderful to stay with you when I attended the Divine Mercy Conference in Honolulu May 24-26,2019. Having a lovely space to myself to reflect, deepened the sense of peace and gratitude I felt all weekend. Thank you.
The room key I had would not work in the elevator. Thankfully other guests had keys that turned on the elevator.

From the time I checked in, to my contact with the housekeeping staff, was a great experience! Very friendly and accommodating was my first impression with my check-in. I appreciate being made welcomed and when I asked for an extra towel, the lady was very courteous and friendly.
