Clean, Quiet, comfortable.
Breakfast. Cold eggs, tough biscuits, cold gravy Coffee ran out, OJ seemed watered down. Crowded counter.
I know it is hard to serve everything hot on a buffet; put out a couple microwaves &/or toaster ovens. Add a table by the coke machine and move the drinks there. Spread out somehow; People were 3 deep all the way across.
And don't be so prompt in cleaning up. We arrived near the end of the period, and you were already taking things away.
