Spacious room
very good gym
very friendly, sevice focused staff. This a big plus
Starting to look a 'bit tired'
breakfast was very ordinary - pasteries tasted terrible- looked frozen, not fresh. Told that fruit toast no longer being made, but running out last of what in store - frozen?Cooked breakfast poor quality.
Given a very frayed, tattered hand towel in my room.
Some tables in lounge area left dirty from previous users despite it not being busy - no reason that couldn't be cleaned up.
