I liked the fact that we did not have to travel outside of the building to get to the World Trade and Convention Centre where we were attending an event.
It was quite noisy early in the morning. There didn't seem to be an elevator to take us to parking garage and parking to check-in was not available, therefore I had to wait until a spot became available. I needed to move my car a few times while waiting. I was astonished that I stood in the line for check-in to pick up a room card as my husband was already checked in and when my turn became available a man walked straight up to the counter as he was a "priviledged member" and took my turn. I found this very rude and there was no explanation given by the counter personnel.
