We enjoyed the dining room (breakfast room)and the variety of food available. Our boys really enjoyed the fruit, cookies and drinks available during the day as there were no restaurants or stores close by.

Comfortable beds, close to the airport for early flight, sweets available for free at check in and out...nice touch...my granddaughters loved that!!

I didn't like that the drapes were not designed to close, just the sheers. the parking lot lights shone in all night and the sun shone in early in the morning. The heating [air conditioner ] was very noisy so no sleep either night.

I did not like not being able to pull the drapes closed. The parking lot lights shone in all night and the sun shone in early in the a. m. Also the heating, air condition unit was very noisy, so I did not have a good night on either visit.

Convenient
Same as all other Holiday Inn Express hotels -- that is what we want when we get in late at night and need to leave early the next morning
Breakfasts have a good selection.
The signage to this hotel could have been better. Fortunately the person at the car rentals told us exactly which road to take.

The Staff were very helpful; however there were too many 'new' staff members and only one senior front desk person. The newbies did their best, but definitely had to be corrected by the senior person.
My reason for choosing this hotel was the opportunity to leave my car for my return trip.
I did not appreciate having to walk next door for food service. I left my favorite leather gloves at the counter when I paid for my food and when I went to retrieve them the next morning, they were not there - very disappointed.
