I was very pleased with everything at your hotel. The room was great and service was excellent. I particularly liked the shuttle service to the airport. I stayed overnight on the Saturday night so I could catch my direct flight to Edmonton which departed at 8 in the morning on Sunday.

The service in their restaurant was outstanding! Food was good. Transportation to the airport precisely on time. Front desk people were pleasant. My handicapped room was very large.
The room was DARK!!! Large room with one small desk lamp; two lamps with one 40-watt bulb; one lamp with two 40-watt bulbs. NOT ENOUGH LIGHT TO READ A BOOK! The front desk apologized, but said they only had 40-watt bulbs. (They were CFLs, but 40-watt equivalents.) I'd recommend the hotel---but bring a few 60-watt bulbs!

Staff were very polite, accommodating and friendly.
No, not really. It was close to airport and we were very tired due to a late flight so were very thankful to have thought about booking a room in advance and save the drive from airport to our destination until the following morning. NO COMPLAINTS and there is even a Tim Horton's very close by!!! ALL GREAT !!!

Having the restaurant in the hotel. The room was also very nice, roomy. We also enjoyed having a late night cookie and tea. We would definitely stay again and did recommend it already.

Everything we required was there for us....parking, nice dinner,comfortable beds and excellent shuttle service to and from the Airport.
A tad bit pricey.
