All of the staff I interacted with were courteous and very helpful. Meals in the restaurant and lounge were very good and reasonably priced. The opportunity to forego daily room cleaning for a $10 dining certificate was appreciated; essentially it meant breakfast was free.

The staff was friendly and very professional. Great presentation when I walked into the room. They are putting up Christmas decorations in Wood beautiful decorations at this hotel had.

I loved my room. It was simple but had the comforts of home. The staff was very accommodating. I didn't want to leave!
The noisy neighbours, and the doors constantly slamming closed, late at night. It would've been nice to have a small refridgerator.
