The proximity to the festival we were attending.
The Queen size beds were far from the Queen size beds we were used to. The grab and go breakfast was not what we were expecting. Besides which, it was not ready early enough for us to utilize.

Accommodations were impressive. Close to but not interrupted by noise from traffic routes (great location); Area appeared clean and well kempt. Near many places to dine and overall a very nice experience.
Lighting in the parking lots could be increased.
Arrived and had to wait 15+ minutes for someone at the front desk. Others arrived and they also had to wait. Not a good sign if there's noone at the front desk; phone rang a lot but wasn't answered. You might want to look at that situation and at least have someone at the reception area at all times. Having someone at the front desk is a customer-service must.
