My family loved their stay with you. The kids loved the pool. We had a family reunion in Ft. Smith, and we were so glad to get to stay at the Hampton. Thank you very much for everything.

Every thing was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable and every thing was very clean. The entire staff was helpful and informative. The breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection of food. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We would select your Hampton Inn should we be in the area again.

Very easy access to the interstate. The breakfast's were outstanding, the menu varied from day to day, and the food had a great taste.

Location
Most everything. The room was not clean. Half eaten yogart cup on dresser, dirty bath clothes in bathroom, fridge not plugged in. Front desk was total chaos and staff was frustrated and blew off request for coffe packs for room as there were not any in the room when we arrived. Ice bucket was full of water and had not been cleaned. One of the worst hotel visits for me ever.
