One stop shopping. I loved being able to fed ex home stuff we bought. I loved that all the pool amenities were there, towels, chairs ect. I love the training of a service dog/ mascot. Hotel staff was amazing and they even surprised us for our anniversary with strawberries and champagne. We loved Dan the Valet and the bell men were so great. It was the BEST vacay ever!
Renovations were going on so it was very loud with construction noise, but we understand that happens! :0) Also, we never did fully get HOT water all week out of our shower even after they said they fixed it.

Love the breakfast buffet! Sylvia was our server every morning. She provided the best customer service that we have experienced in a long time. Seems to be a hard thing to find these days. Sylvia made the best start for our day!
