Ease of check-in and check-out.
Carpet appeared filthy!! Would not walk around on it barefooted! Also, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Our room was 569, which is about as far away from the vending/ice machines as we've ever been in any hotel we've ever stayed. The vending/ice machines should be relocated to the middle of the corridor so that going for ice on your floor doesn't require such a hike for those in the rooms on the far end!

Everything in one place...along the river made for a wonderful convertible ride...under cover parking...view from room was awesome
Furniture somewhat soiled in room....needs updated
