It’s a beautiful hotel but I won’t return due to how loud the pool area was

It was so loud in the pool area we had to yell at each other to be heard... whether it was full of people or not. Just a terrible design

Very nice pool

Hotel key to room stopped working that night , told battery needed replacement, this was a little inconvenient but we were only there one night.

Late afternoon snacks, etc. in the lounge/commons room. Adequate breakfast, sofa in room. Location!!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We were there for the Fargo Marathon and they went above and beyond making sure we all had what we needed. They even set the breakfast up by 4:30 am so everyone could eat before they left for the race.

Location was very convenient for family to come visit their Great Grandmother. Complementary breakfast was very nice and appreciated. very well staffed and they did a great job. Pool was a great hit for great grandchildren.

That you were unable to make change for $100 directed me to the ATM where I would be charged to get smaller change. I was asked to go to the bar which was very inconvenient with my elderly mother in tow

Comfortable,clean room. Excellent breakfast

There was a January thaw during the 2 nights we stayed there. There was an annoying constant noise of water running day and night except for the few hours the temperature dipped below freezing.
