Local to our house we moved back from Spain and had a rest and good breakfast waiting for our furniture to arrive . staff helpful and friendly

It was perfect location for our stay not to close to town but town was easy to get to on the park and ride opposite and within walking distance to the rugby club it was also easy to get straight back on the M5 for our journey home.
No the hotel was great the only thing I would say is that when I went for breakfast it was a struggle to reach the serving dishes as I am only short and I really struggled to reach anything but really enjoyed our stay

We only stayed for one night but the man on the reception gave us a map of Exeter highlighting our route through Exeter to an evening party that we were attending. it was spot on. Thanks very much.

The door key did not work due to a dead battery which could not be changed until the next day , had to be let into room by a member of staff each time.
Also would have liked plugs to be in a more accessible place, no plug near mirror for hais straightners etc.

Easy to get bus to Central for Shopping and others
No Massage or Spa facility to able guest have more precious time to waste such for holidays rather than shop shop shop
