Modern and clean rooms with all necessary facilities, good car parking, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
A bit far from the town centre, but did not cause us problems.

We Travel to Cornwall on an annual basis, to holiday in St Ives, as the journey is 450 miles we like to break the journey up to reduce fatigue. We have stopped at both Bath and Bristol on previous occasions but the stop at Exeter was the best yet. Will consider using this hotel again.
Nothing negative to say other than had problems with Wi Fi didn't work, but that's a minor issue.
