The central location and ability to walk indoors to the offices I needed to be at. Also having a shopping mall so hand is great.
These are minor, but the ironing board and coffee pot were missing in my room during my last stay.

Clean rooms. Friendly and efficient cleaning staff.
The hotel seemed old and outdated.
Parking in the nearbye parkade was cumbersome and expensive.

I really appreciated that they allowed us to check into our room at 9am instead of waiting until 3pm. I was getting laser eye surgery and it was really helpful to be able to drop off our luggage before my appt and then return to the room after my surgery to rest.
Your staff are friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I recommend Delta to everyone I know who's needing a place to stay in Edm.
I also want to mention that having the ability to book online is an added bonus. The process was easy and straight forward.

No era capaz de valorar el hotel, pero el director no estaba cooperativa - véase más adelante
Yo estaba en el hospital después de haber sufrido un ataque al corazón seguido por un procedimiento médico importante. Mi esposa trató de reprogramar la fecha de nuestra estancia al 1 de junio de 2013. El Administrador no le importa que yo no podía viajar a Edmonton, teniendo en cuenta que tipo de actitud desconsiderada, que sospecho que no es típico en un hotel Delta, ¿cómo puedo darle crítica positiva.
