Your staff was amazing. They were great and helpful with my kids. You offer an amazing breakfast. We paid more then what we normally like to spend but was well worth it. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This hotel was hands down the best hotel we have stayed in. Will always look for embayss suites next trip out of town!!!!!

I enjoyed the lounge and lobby area. It was large and quite comfortable. The next time I visit I will attempt to get a room on a higher level so that I can really get a great view of the river.

Cleanliness of rooms, staff promptness and friendliness.
Breakfast buffet.......
Generic coffee pkg on counter and no splenda available, except downstairs.....also Internet was not available in room FOR FREE,but was available in lower level of hotel....charge was $10 for use in room...the prices of everything are so expensive as it is, so I feel that adding an Internet connection should be available throughout the hotel, in every room.

Felt safe as I was by myself. Parking was well light and safe also.
