We wanted to be close to Symphony Hall where our son-in-law was playing. The location was perfect; the amenities were just fine; and we had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. Being close the river sites were also a plus.
No, it was very gracious. She liked the towels being nicely folded, and the amenities found in the bathroom. Great bed as well.

Very nice atmosphere and the decor..but would not pay what they charge for the room..your price would be about the highest we would go..it was nice but little pricey

The rooms have been updated
The HVAC system in our room did not function properly. We NO control over the air flow or the temperature. The front desk was notified, said they would take cre of it; but they did not. No one followed up with us to see if the problem had been fixed.

Location, Quality of bed and washroom facilities.Room nicely decorated. Refrigerator items reasonably priced. Caroline restaurant good.
No microwave. Bar closed at 11:00 PM weekdays. Parking lot too small.
