Everything!!! It was fabulous!!!!! The room was great and the pool area was awesome!!!! This is are second time staying and I rate it above five star hotel!!!! We found are hotel to stay at in Dubque. You will see us again!!!!

The location was ideal. The free shuttle to town and the casino plus the driver Terry where excellent Terry was a very good chap.
The Wall to one side of the room a little to thin on one evening we had the neighbours from hell

If you wanted to get out of your room there was a nice lobby area to sit in. Also, a large pool area with a lot of seating so you could get away from the pool but still enjoy the warmth in the room. The restaurant was attached which made it very convenient and the breakfast food was very good with a large selection.

The bountiful Sunday breakfast was an extra bonus.....
wish we had had more time for the pool area....
seems to be a great family get-to-gether place

We have stayed at your hotel before and liked the location and amenities it offered.
This isn't regarding the hotel but two nights we ate at Champs and never had a hot meal; everything was always cool; even the waffle fries. Since you are connected to this restaurant I think you should mention it.
