We have stayed in family room and Overall stay was good. The rooms were neat and clean and front desk staff were also good. Service guys were also so helpful thanks Mr. Krishna especially. It's got a roof pool and kids pool as well.
The pool is not so big and temperature controlled but water is salty. The guards were also so supportive and helpful. Surely enjoyed and value for money.

A regular guest at this lovely hotel, so convenient, and well equipped, really lovely staff and on site Costa coffee is an added bonus!
Room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room - sadly the region stills promotes indoor smoking

Staff were very helpful, slight mix up as I had booked a smoking room and room I was allocated had a no smoking sign in it, Quick call to reception and matter was resolved immediately. No one can be perfect all the time but the manner in which it was resolved speaks volumes for the training and efficiency of the staff in meeting your client's requirements.
