My daughter and her friends loved the room and swimming facilities. We even used the workout room while waiting for our turn to use the pool. Great area to head to playland and I knew where the malls were too etc. Overall a treat for me and the girls.
Unfortunately I didn't know that the meals discount in the restaurant for 10-12 didn't apply when we were using Expedia. They weren't that hungry since they were going to playland soon. A light meal like a kids meal would have been nice. Thankfully the manager of the restaurant suggested the girls split a breakfast. That worked. We left satisfied.

A 25 Wedding A. was booked into the cocktail lounge, and our company couldn't even finish our drinks inside, and converse in peace, had to go OUTSIDE into the rain to do so !! Very inconsidered of other guests !! Appr. 30 intocicated guests made it NOT a place to relax and talk !!Management should have made other arrangement for the group.!!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, esp. Rick from the front end,
and the room service girl. Check-in and out were quick and efficient
The cooling system did not work, even though it was demonstrated for us, so
the room was too warm over night. Opening the window only allowed the
traffic noise to enter.

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres étaient très propres, les lits très confortables, et j'aime que la fenêtre s'ouvre. Je suis une personne qui a besoin d'air frais. I would definitely stay there again

Nous avons trouvé le personnel très serviable et sympathique, nous avons apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi et le garde-manger est bien là! notre chambre était confortable et relativement propre, même si j'ai trouvé un paquet de pilules vide derrière l'un des lits! dans l'ensemble très agréable et nous reviendraient lors de la visite de la famille à North Vancouver et recommanderiez-vous aussi.
