Being chosen 'guest of the day' was a happy surprise, gave me bragging rights at the family reunion! Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Nice choices at the breakfast juice bar. Would stay there again while visiting cousins.

No waiting for our room when we arrived
I thought that the dog fee was a little high.Not used to having to pay for a dog thats no bigger than a rat.

Close to our destination, and comfortable accommodations for three.
It was annoying that we couldn't get to the restaurant directly from the lobby but had to go into the cold.

I have to say we have stay at many hotels all different star rating and for the price it was so nice .Clean and comfortable ,staff was great helpful in all ways.Yes we would stay there again if we had to

Sheets seem to have been washed in a scented detergent. If not, the previous sleeper must have been a highly scented person.

Nothing
Our room was next to the ice and pop machines on the second floor. The hotel appeared to be 50% empty, why give us such a poor location?. Also the room was dirty and very worn out, chipped furniture etc, chipped toilet sear and loose as well. no shampoo or conditioner. The worst was the sticky carpets in the bedroom. Will not stay there again.
